Development - fully in the open.

No black box, no big reveal at the end. You’re in it the whole way — shaping objectives,
reacting to drafts, providing you with the course materials. Here’s the shape of a typical single-course build.

Discovery

We meet with you, discuss any materials you already use, and map the situations the course needs to handle. This helps understand your challenges and needs.

Scope & Design

We turn what we heard into a proposal that includes clear learning objectives, a program outline, and estimated costs. You let us know if we met the mark or if there is anything that needs to be adjusted — everything is subject to your approval

Build

We write the original curriculum — deck, workbook, and facilitator guide — You see drafts as they come together, not at the finish line.

Iterate

Throughout the process we'll discuss watch what lands and what drags, and revise from your feedback. The rough edges get found here, not in front of the whole org.

Handoff

We'll provide you with the source files and review everything with your trainers. From here you can run it for new cohorts on your own — or have one of our facilitators launch it for you.
